Amanda Elchert received both her Bachelor of Science Information Degree as well as her Masters of Science and Information Technology, unfortunately she found herself laid off from her career of nine years with nowhere to turn. Amanda decided she needed to enhance her skills with new certifications to get back into the technology field. She came to National Able Network and enrolled in IT Career Lab!
After only a few weeks, Amanda earned two globally-recognized certifications: Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). With her new certifications, Amanda found employment as a Network Support Specialist at Intel in Portland, Oregon!
